Winterization & Spring Start-Ups
The in the winter we’ll prepare your irrigation system for the year’s harshest weather with our winterization services. Our highly trained technicians will blow the water out of the system, which helps prevent bursting frozen pipes and cracked parts. In the spring, we’ll start up your irrigation system and free it of debris and excess air, activate your sprinklers, and inspect for efficiency.
AUDITS & MAINTENANCE
System Repairs
We’ll complete regular full-system inspections, including sprinkler heads and water pressure, make repairs and adjustments, and offer suggestions for improvement. Whether your irrigation system requires a repair, or you want to ensure it’s working flawlessly, our professional maintenance and audit services will help.

We'll ask questions to better understand your outdoor goals and budget. For design build projects we'll accept a $150 site visit payment and get your consultation on the calendar. Your $150 payment will be credited to you if you proceed with the design and build project.

You'll meet your dedicated Project Manager, who will be your one point of contact throughout your project. This consultation takes up to an hour, and we'll take pictures, measurements, and soil samples while reviewing your utility and septic systems. This is also a great time to ask questions and share ideas!

For larger hardscaping projects, the design fee is typically $1,000-1,500. For smaller projects the design fee is typically between $450-$900. Depending on the time of year, we'll have it ready in approximately two weeks, then we'll invite you to the studio to review your design! We welcome your feedback and will complete up to two rounds of revisions. We'll also go over your material options and review the final proposal and associated costs. To proceed, we'll accept 1/3 of your investment and put you on the construction schedule.

Your Project Manager will be onsite daily to check in with the team and connect with you. You'll receive weekly email updates on our timeline and progress. At the halfway point, we'll accept the next 1/3 of your payment.

We'll walk your landscape with you to discuss warranties (including one year on plants with a plant health care plan and one or five years on hardscapes) and accept your final payment. We'll also outline your maintenance needs and the options we offer for ongoing professional maintenance.

With an annual agreement, your custom landscape maintenance plan is paid on a monthly basis. Professional maintenance is a popular choice among many busy homeowners who want their landscapes to look their best for years to come—and would prefer to spend their free time with their families and hobbies rather than completing outdoor chores.
