Our Process

Unlike other landscaping companies, we offer a variety of services and specific processes to match. This is what to expect during your residential maintenance or design/build project.

We look forward to hearing from you! When you fill out the form on our website you can schedule your initial phone call right there. We encourage you to watch the video about our services and take a look at our pricing page to prepare for your call.
We'll ask questions to better understand your outdoor goals and budget. For design build projects we'll accept a $150 site visit payment and get your consultation on the calendar. Your $150 payment will be credited to you if you proceed with the design and build project.
You'll meet your dedicated Project Manager, who will be your one point of contact throughout your project. This consultation takes up to an hour, and we'll take pictures, measurements, and soil samples while reviewing your utility and septic systems. This is also a great time to ask questions and share ideas!
Your Project Manager will be onsite daily to check in with the team and connect with you. You'll receive weekly email updates on our timeline and progress. At the halfway point, we'll accept the next 1/3 of your payment.
We'll walk your landscape with you to discuss warranties (including one year on plants with a plant health care plan and one or five years on hardscapes) and accept your final payment. We'll also outline your maintenance needs and the options we offer for ongoing professional maintenance.
With an annual agreement, your custom landscape maintenance plan is paid on a monthly basis. Professional maintenance is a popular choice among many busy homeowners who want their landscapes to look their best for years to come—and would prefer to spend their free time with their families and hobbies rather than completing outdoor chores.
